Painting & Decorating in Parnell
As Auckland’s oldest suburb, Parnell blends beautifully restored heritage homes with contemporary apartments and townhouses. Whatever the era of your property, we bring the preparation and finish quality it deserves.
Parnell’s mix of colonial cottages, grand villas and modern builds means no two painting jobs are the same. We match the preparation and coating system to the specific cladding, condition and exposure of each home.
With over 20 years on the tools and a national trade qualification, Steve Lunjevich handles everything from delicate heritage restoration to crisp modern finishes. On older homes, he manages lead paint safely and treats original timber detailing with the care it needs.
You deal directly with Steve on every Parnell project — honest advice, meticulous work and a finish built to last.

“Had Lunjevich Decorators (Steve) paint my roof and was very impressed with the end result. He fixed any damage before painting which was great. The roof was so good I had Steve come back and paint my house which looks fantastic. I am really impressed with the quality and care put into his work and have just had my bathroom, dining and kitchen painted by him.”
