House Painters in Orakei
Expert painting for Orakei’s coastal and modern homes
Painting & Decorating in Orakei
Orakei enjoys some of Auckland’s best harbour views, with a mix of modern architectural homes and established residences. Coastal exposure makes quality preparation and the right coatings especially important here.
From contemporary homes along the waterfront to established family residences, Orakei properties face salt air, UV and wind that are hard on paintwork. We prepare surfaces thoroughly and match coatings to the substrate and exposure for maximum durability.
Steve Lunjevich brings over 20 years of experience and a national trade qualification to every Orakei project, interior and exterior. Honest advice, careful preparation and a lasting finish are standard on every job.
You will deal directly with Steve from quote to completion — no being passed between crews.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do coastal conditions in Orakei affect how often I should repaint?
Yes. Salt air and UV accelerate wear, so exposed exteriors may need attention sooner. We assess your home and recommend a realistic maintenance interval.
Do you paint modern and architectural homes?
Yes — we deliver crisp, durable finishes on modern and architecturally designed homes as well as older properties.

“Had Lunjevich Decorators (Steve) paint my roof and was very impressed with the end result. He fixed any damage before painting which was great. The roof was so good I had Steve come back and paint my house which looks fantastic. I am really impressed with the quality and care put into his work and have just had my bathroom, dining and kitchen painted by him.”
